My husband and I moved to the Nashville area in Aug 2020, with very little knowledge of contractors in the area. Our home was new and one option was a screened porch but we felt that the cost was more than we wanted to pay. My husband and I had both grown up with screened porches and it was something we considered to be important in this home.
